Solar PV Modules

The generation source of an off-grid solar system.

Solar PV modules convert sunlight into DC electricity. In an off-grid design, panel capacity is selected to recharge the battery bank while also supporting daytime loads.

Usable roof or ground area.

Shade-free sun hours and seasonal variation.

Panel wattage, string voltage and controller input limit.

Cleaning access and module tilt/orientation.

Safety Checks

Correct DC cable size and polarity.

MC4 or connector compatibility.

Cleaning and inspection guidance.

Maintenance Notes

Clean panels as per dust level and site condition.

Inspect loose clamps, broken glass, hotspots or cable damage.

Keep nearby objects from creating new shade.
